Private bedroom and bathroom available for sublease

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease asap in TEMPE:) it is a 5 bedroom 5 bath duplex and my room is on the second floor! We have our own washer and dryer across from my room which makes it super convenient. All my roommates are very sweet and respectful as well! The apartment complex is so nice and we have a gym, sauna, office room, pool, hot tub , private shuttle to campus for free, and free parking as well:) let me know if you want more information!
