Private Room at District on Apache up for Sublease - $500 Incentive!

I am looking for a female, preferably, to take over my lease at The District on Apache right on Rural and Apache Blvd. I have to move back home due to some current family issues I must deal with. I have lived here for a year and a half, and have loved every second of it. It is a safe and well kept living environment, especially for students going to ASU. The amenities include: - Pool area with a lazy river, grill, TV and hot tub - Private gym with bathrooms, yoga mats, weights and sauna - Private study rooms with a computer lab and free printing - Parking will be included with your rent plus guest parking available - Only a short 5-10 minute walk from ASU Campus You will be rooming with three other girls, but you will have your own private room, bathroom, and huge walk-in closet all attached directly to your bedroom. The kitchen and living room are considered the shared space; the ENTIRE place is furnished, so you do not need to worry about the extra expenses of purchasing furniture! Rent is $950/month. As for utilities, EVERYTHING IS COVERED -except for electricity, which is split evenly four ways and usually costs around $40/month. You will also get under covered parking. I am also offering a $500 bonus reward included to give to the person that takes over my lease, which will be transferred into your name. I will also take care of the transfer fees. I have to get this taken over ASAP due to my mom getting ill, and I need to spend as much time with her as I can as well as take care of her.
