Flatmates (junior/senior males) are wonderful and communicative, i've had no issues whatsoever. One has a small service dog. I graduate this semester and sorry to go because its probably the swankiest place i’ll ever live. Tons of amenities and community events (see pictures on their site for rooftop pool, hot tub, grills, gym, sky deck and 24/7 sky lounge). Base rent is $1099/mo, plus utilities and some other amenity fees (~$100/mo combined) and a one-time $500 re-let fee. Compare to a new lease on this room which is now almost $1300/mo base rent.
