Rent takeover - District on Apache- August 2020 until July 2021

Hey guys! I am looking for someone to take over my 1 year lease from August 17th 2020 until July 30th 2021! (Because unfortunately my exchange semester was cancelled due to corona virus) The rent is approximately 1,010$, plus an application fee of 340$ which has to be paid. You will have a room with an own bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet, and a living room/kitchen area which is shared with 3 other roommates. Now you can still choose you roommates yourself, via an app called roomsync (it is like tinder but for finding suitable roommates). The unit is fully furnished. The district on apache is a great playe to live! Super close to the tempe campus (5-10 min walk), has a pool area, sauna, gym etc. And it is pet friendly as well! Please message me if you are interested! You can find more information on District on Apache website: http://www.thedistrictonapache.com
