Rise on Apache / Lease Takeover from 17th December

Nice room fully furnished own shower, own dressing room, big bed from January 1st 2020 or 17.12.19 My room is available for sublet from mid December onwards. I have one parking lot available which you can have as well, there is a waiting list of 90 people for parking lot, but you can have mine! Rise is famous for being one of the nicest and most luxurious student housings very very close to ASU Tempe Campus. It is even closer than most of the on campus housing facilities. What makes Rise more attractive than on campus living? —> you are allowed to have parties —> you are allowed to drink alcohol all over the building and even have it in your room —> NEW only two years old! —> two roof tops one with pools and one for chilled sessions with gas grill for BBQs —> own study rooms of all sizes My favorite things about Rise is the big new gym with really outstanding equipment and the rooftop terrace!
