Room Available at the District on Apache

A MONTH OF FREE RENT. Looking for someone to take over next year's lease (August 2019 - July 2020), and as an incentive, I will pay for a month of rent for when you move in. If you would rather move in sometime during the summer, that can be arranged. This apartment has lots of great amenities (great pool area, on-site gym open 24/7, study rooms, etc) and I would live here again if I could.
