Looking for someone (FEMALE ONLY) to take over my lease for next year at the cottages of Tempe (available as early as July 29th!!). It is a fully furnished private bedroom and bathroom in a four-bedroom townhome/cottage with covered parking pass! Located close to ASU with easy access to all freeways. The apartment includes hardwood style floors, granite countertops, internet and cable TV, in-unit washer and dryer, security system and front porch. Shuttle services are available to take students to and from campus, so you do not have to walk to school! The community has a lively college atmosphere with a resort style pool and clubhouse, along with a gym, sauna, business center and community events happening all the time.
