Room for rent over the summer - The District on Apache

I am looking to sublease a room in a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment at the District on Apache for the Summer semester (May-July) in 2020. Rent is $900 but your payment will be only $650 (+ electricity around $20-$40). This is ideal for someone looking for a social, fun apartment which is 5 minutes from ASU and walking distance to the light rail, restaurants and convenient stores. The apartment comes fully furnished, provides a washer and dryer inside the unit, pre-installed 42” flat screen TV, and includes Internet and premium TV cable. The spacious bedroom is complete with full-size bed, modern bathroom and spacious closet with plenty of storage space. My 3 roommates are American (2 boys and 1 girl) from Hawaï. They are very friendly and helpful. They don't make noise. They let me using their appliances: toasters, pans and pots, vacuum cleaner... I can also leave basic bedroom items such as sheet, shower curtains, shower mat, trash can... Facilities at The District on Apache include: - Pool & lazy river - Gym - Sauna - Hot tub - Study rooms - Golf simulator It is definitely a fun time there, as there are pool parties and barbecues often held.
