Rent: ~$250 + 15 (Shared Room - includes water, trash, maintenance and Pest Control) | ~530$ (Entire room- Negotiable) Internet: $15 Electricity: ~$20 The location is very close to ASU Campus, Light Rail station, and grocery stores.
