Someone to take my lease ASAP

Looking to sublease my room at Sol Tempe. I have the larger room, so the rent is $719 a month electricity and water included. It is a fully furnished room , and living room as well. The amenities come with an awesome pool, hot tubs, gym, and study rooms. If you want a cool spot to stay for the summer this is the place. DM me for more info if needed!
