Sublease 1B/1B apartment

I am looking for someone to take over my lease from mid May/June to either end of August or end of my contract at January. My apartment is a 1B 1B apartment at Rancho Las Palmas, Tempe, and yes this is the price for the whole apartment! The complex is only 1-2 miles away from ASU. You can renew the lease afterwards if you want. The rent is about $760 and it includes water sewer and trash. The furniture in the pictures are mine (we can negotiate the price if you want me to buy some of the items) If you want to take over the lease you need to pay an application fee and a refundable deposit and show either a minimum wage or a bank statement to take over the lease. I am willing to pay you the application fee once you take over the lease. If you're interested contact me and I provide you more information.
