Sublease at The Cottages of Tempe

I am looking to sublease my bedroom in a 4 bedroom space at The Cottages of Tempe next year. The rent is $750 a month. It is an extremely nice complex and there is only one other girl living in my unit for next year, so I would prefer to sublease to a female. It is also available in the summer if you are looking for somewhere in the summer. It is technically unfurnished, but we have already furnished the living room/kitchen and I do have furniture for the bedroom that we could discuss.
