I am looking for someone to sign and take over my lease for the year from December 2019 through the end of July 2020. The apartment is completely furnished; couch, bed, desk, mini-fridge, and dresser built into the bed. Rent is $819.00 which includes furniture, gym amenities, Utilities(water, internet, cable) and parking are not included but electric is $45 or less a month, rooftop parking spot is $65 monthly.
