Hello Friends! I am looking for someone to sign and take over my lease for the year from January 2020 through July 2020. The space is downstairs (room A) bedroom, this apartment is 5bed/5bath at The Cottages of Tempe, a few miles west of Tempe campus. There is a shuttle that runs from the complex to ASU weekdays. The current girls in the apartment are great, I am however studying abroad. The apartment is completely furnished; couch, bed, desk, side table, nightstand, and dresser. Rent is $814.40 which includes furniture, gym amenities, covered parking. Utilities are not included but electric is $30 or less a month, and water/sewer is about $8 a month.
