I am leaving for summer so subleasing my master bedroom. The room is a private furnished Master Bedroom with separate exit and bathroom. Located near Southern and Rural close to Fry's supermarket. The house is located very close to Jupiter Orbit shuttle stop on Southern, the Tempe Library and food stores ( Walmart, Fry's and Sprouts). Great option for people in between places or international students for summer. Rental price does not include utilities. I look forward to hearing back from you :)
