Looking to find someone to take over the lease of a room in a 4 bedroom by 2 bath apartment. Base rent is $579/month + $18 water + renter's insurance + tax + extra electric. Some of the electric is already included in the base rent (Cap at $30). The apartment is clean, fully furnished, newly renovated, Wi-Fi is provided for $100 per YEAR. Ceiling fans in every room, in-unit washer, and dryer, dishwasher. VERY conveniently located - right next to the freeway, ASU, the light rail, and right behind the apartment complex, there are FREE Orbit shuttles every 15 minutes. There is covered parking available for an additional fee, otherwise, you can park uncovered. Pets are welcomed for an additional refundable fee. Beautiful pool, gym, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts throughout the apartment! Park and a dog park attached to the complex. This is a gated community. I am looking to find someone to take over anytime as I already have moved out. You would not be renting from me, but from the apartment complex at Gateway at Tempe.
