Sublease One Bedroom in a 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Unit at University House Tempe

Looking for someone to take over my lease at University House Tempe. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with one of the bathrooms in the master bedroom. I am in bed space B so you do have your own bathroom as there are no other roommates in the room. Rent is $850 a month, but January rent is FREE on me. Hoping to get this taken over ASAP. Please let me know if you are interested!
