Apartment for rent May, June, and July 2020. Rent is $875 but I am willing to help $200 worth making your payment only $675. You will also have to pay electricity which averages around $20-$40 each depending on usage. My room is great sized, and comes with a private bathroom, closet, bed with a temperpedic mattress, dresser, desk, and night stand. There are 3 other roommates currently living here, they are great guys, extremely tidy, respectful and friendly. One will be gone most of the Summer and the two others will be working full time so it will be quiet. The summer here is very enjoyable in Tempe, and especially at the District. There is a lazy river, hot tub, sauna, steam room and a great gym. Downstairs there is also a pool table, virtual golf and many more amenities you can check out at the District website...
