Summer Sublease at Gateway at Tempe For June and July

Hey y’all! -I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the months of June and July. -Available for resign after lease is over. -Currently I’ in a 4x2 bedroom with utilities included (except electricity but there is a cap that they give and once you go over that, then you would pay for electricity.) -However when you sign on, you can pick any floor plan as long as the rent is equivalent to $614 or higher.
