Summer Sublease for private room/private bathroom at The District on Apache (FREE PARKING + $300 CAS

I am looking for someone to sublease my room private room/private bathroom in a 4x4 apartment at the District on Apache starting May 1 - July 31. This apartment is right next to ASU campus, is extremely convenient for students and is fully furnished. The amenities include high speed internet, cable, 24-hour fitness center, study rooms with computers, FREE printing, large pool (with lazy river) and hot tub, infrared sauna, pro-tour golf simulator, 24 hour security, and free community events. I am paying $940.63 (rent, parking, fees) a month plus electric bill (usually around $40 a month), but am willing to pay for your parking ($75 a month for the three months) AND give a $300 cash when you move in. The discounted rent with free covered parking would end up being $865.63 plus electricity a month. I currently live with three other awesome girls who are super nice and clean. Two of them are also looking to sublease their room for the summer so if you and your friends are wanting to live somewhere together, this apartment will have three open rooms for the summer.
