SUPER CHEAP Summer Sublease at The District on Apache

I am looking for someone to sublease my fully furnished private room/private bathroom in a 4 bed 4 bath apartment starting May 1st - July 31st at the District is just a five minute walk from ASU tempe campus. I currently live with three other awesome girls that may also be looking to sublease so multiple spots in the apartment will be available if you have friends. Great room on the top floor (4th) so its super quiet and also right next to the parking garage (you can park on the same floor you live). I currently pay $940.63 a month + electric bill (rent includes water, internet, gas, cable and parking). If you agree to sublease, I am will discount the rent to only $700 a month. You would end up paying $700 a month + electric (usually around $35 a month). Amenities include a super nice fitness center, pool with lazy river, study rooms with computers, FREE printing and free community events.
