Apartment for rent March, April, May, June, and July 2020. Rent is $799 for the room and $75 dollars for a covered parking spot. You will also have to pay electricity which averages around $20-$40 each depending on usage. My room is great sized, and comes with a private bathroom, closet, bed with a temperpedic mattress, dresser, desk, and night stand. There are 3 other roommates currently living here, they are great girls, extremely tidy, respectful and friendly. The summer here is very enjoyable in Tempe, and especially at the District. There is a lazy river, hot tub, sauna, steam room and a great gym. Downstairs there is also a pool table, virtual golf and many more amenities you can check out at the District website...
