Tempe Townhouse Roommate

I am looking for a female who is interested in taking a sublease for a 4 bed 3 bath 2-story townhouse off McClintock. The location is about 8-15 minutes from campus depending on traffic. Sublease would begin in January 2019 but can be further negotiated if needed. The townhouse is very modern & has lots of storage space. Three other female roommates inhabit the other rooms and are friendly. Rent is very affordable on a part-time budget and includes water. Please contact me if interested in further details!
