The District on Apache 1 bedroom/1 bathroom in 4 bedroom unit

My daughter will be subletting her apartment for next semester. It is a private bedroom/bathroom in a 4 bedroom unit at The District on Apache. The other three girls are very nice and they all get along well. Lease runs through July. Rent is $1098 base and with parking and the taxes, fees and electricity it runs around $1200.
