The District on Apache. Room for rent over the summer (May-End on July). Highly sought after pool vi

Rent is $900 and the room is spacious and has excellent lighting. There are three very nice girl roommates that live here and the apartment is tidy. Two roommates are going back home for the summer, so you will only have one roommate who works most the time. The summer here is awesome- you can relax in the lazy river and hit the gym after (which has great equipment). You also will get your own walk-in close and if you have any pets they have a nice dog park in the complex you can go to. Highly recommend! Information about the apartment- Each apartment comes fully furnished, provides a washer and dryer inside the unit, pre-installed 42” flat screen TV, and includes Internet and premium TV cable with HD channels. This spacious 4-bedroom floor plan includes 4 private bedrooms complete with full-size beds, nightstands, and 4 spacious modern bathrooms. There are walk-in closets in the bedrooms and plenty of storage space. Each unit comes with granite countertops, wood floors, and Energy Star rated appliances.
