I currently live in a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment with three other awesome girls and looking for someone to move in over the summer. My room features its own bathroom and is very clean. My roommates are also very nice, friendly, and may or may not be at the apartment over the summer. I live on the 4th floor, right next to the parking garage which is very convenient and right next to the trash chute, also very convenient (don't worry it doesn't smell). The monthly rent does not include the utility bill, and my roommates and I split the utility bill each month, I typically pay around $45 for utilities, on SimpleBills, and are conservative with our energy.
