Union Tempe -Lease takeover for my room

Union Tempe High Rise Apartments - 18th floor. My son is transferring schools and no longer needs the room. Looking for a male ASU Student to take over lease on his room in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Move in as soon as paperwork is complete. Lease ends July 31, 2019. $911 plus tax per month. We will give a $200 concession upon takeover.
