2019-2020 Lease URGENT!

Currently I live at the Vertex Apartments. I love it there and it’s convient being right next to campus. However, I did get a job transfer and will be moving states. It’s a fantastic price of $599.00 per month and has parking including in a safe garage for just $40 a month. There’s great amenities and fun activities all the time for students as well. I love my roomates and wish I could stay but unfortunately I have to move:( You also have your own bathroom and your room is very spacious with furniture already in there.
