One Bedroom with private bathroom

I live in Vertex apartments and I want to sublease my room; you would have your own bedroom with a private bathroom and there is one female roommate who has her own room and bathroom so you will have privacy. The lease is only for your own bedroom and you won't have to be responsible about the entire lease, each roommate has a separate lease. The rent is $900 which includes parking, the apartment is 3B, 3B but there is only one roommate now. Move-in date is any day from the beginning of 10 December and the lease is for 6 months. Vertex is very close to ASU campus. Females only.
