summer sublease

hey guys! I'm moving for the summer and looking for someone to take over my lease at vertex apartments from mid-may/june to july 31st. there is an option to renew for the 2018-2019 year at a reduced price if you need a place for longer than just the summer. the complex is on lemon and rural and right down the street from campus (super quick walk/bike ride). i live in a fully furnished 4b/4b and you would get your own private room/bathroom. i live with two other super friendly/respectful girls (the fourth room in the apartment is unoccupied). i signed during a special so the rent is $600/month plus ~$15-30 in for utilities. however, i'm flexible about rent and willing to work something out :)
